My technology experience spans hardware, software, services, and consulting, and covers a wide range of industry sectors – from telecom, satellites, and computers, to enterprise software. I built my first website for a tech firm in 1996. Just a few years later, I was serving on Manugistics’ High Tech Leadership Team, at a time when Manugistics was the world’s second-largest supply chain management software company (with an average selling price of $1 million). In less than three years, we closed a series of high-profile deals with the likes of Cisco Systems, 3Com, Texas Instruments, and Juniper Networks, growing our team’s portion of software license revenue from less than 1% of the corporate total to over 15%.
So I know firsthand what it takes to win in high tech.
Since then, as a consultant, I’ve helped numerous tech companies – including a fabless semiconductor startup, a leading Association Management Software vendor, and a fledgling Mexican IT outsourcing firm – rethink how to tell their story online and in the broader marketplace.
